Dr. Seif is a board certified psychiatrist with a subspecialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and integrative mental health. As an integrative psychiatrist, she looks with her patients and looks at the roots of their problems. Instead of addressing the illness itself only, Dr. Seif’s approach is proactive. Her goal is to find the deep cause of the current mental state of her patients, to better understand their thought process and to prevent future illness and setbacks. Dr. Carney is double board-certified Child and Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Carney graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology. There, she received the titles of Nevada Regents Award Undergraduate of the Year and Biology Department Lab Instructor of the Year. Dr. Carney earned her medical doctorate from the University of Nevada School of Medicine during which she served as President for organizations such as the American Medical Student Association, Medical Students for Choice, and the American Medical Woman's Association.

Bay Area Clinical Associates (BACA) is a physician-owned and operated organization committed to providing integrated, scientific, empathetic mental health treatment for kids, teens, young adults and their families. As a note, we serve only ages 26 years and under. Dr. Ryan Scoggins is a double-board certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. Originally, from Massachusetts Dr. Scoggins graduated from Northeastern University where he majored in psychology and minored in philosophy. After receiving his medical degree from Touro College of Medicine in New York he completed his general psychiatry residency training at Mount Sinai in New York City. He went on to complete his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at University of Southern California. Dr. Scoggins specializes in treating children, transitional age youth and adults.

Dr. Ajay Singh is board-certified in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Kristin Lulich is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults. She received her MSN and DNP from the University of San Diego, and is an NEI Master Psychopharmacologist. Her experience has encompassed a variety of settings and specialties including inpatient, outpatient, crisis stabilization, consult-liaison psychiatry, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She has a strong belief in holistic care and creates individualized treatment plans using combinations of pharmacotherapy and individual therapy as well as complimentary and alternative approaches.

It is important to me that I collaborate closely with my patients and their families in their treatments since it is their health and wellbeing that we are focusing on. I believe spending individual time with each of my child and adolescent patients is an important part of the therapeutic process, as well as a providing a separate space and time for parents to share their own experiences. The patients and families that I would like to work with are those that are interested in investing in their child's and their health and needs so that they can progress towards a happier lifestyle and develop healthy relationships with others.

Dr. Roseline Arunachalam has over 20 years of experience as a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist. Dr. Arunachalam strives to understand her patients and watch them blossom. Dr. Arunachalam completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and her fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. I am a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who practices psychotherapy, pharmacologic treatment and, when appropriate, refers for interventional psychiatry treatments. Dr. Benesch believes in the optimization of medication management while minimizing polypharmacy and addictive medications. She strongly encourages comprehensive mental health treatment in a collaborative model with therapists practicing primary evidence-based intervention.
