I have been working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for approximately three years. I started my career at a community health center working with a variety of diagnoses. I moved onto a private practice clinic afterwards that specialized in ADHD treatment. I also work for a Nonprofit Korean Clinic that serves the marginalized community. I believe that treating mental health disorder should be holistic where multiple modalities are encouraged to address symptoms. Therefore, I am fairly conservative with how I prescribe medications as I believe in the importance of nonpharmacologic interventions in complementing treatment.

Dr. Sean Tai’s approach towards mental health is holistic and integrative, with a focus on biological, psychological, and sociological contributors to psychiatric illness and wellness. He is especially interested in treating anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. He believes in individualized, collaborative treatment plans as well as the importance of psychotherapy to help with recovery.

I am a board-certified mental health practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master's degree in mental health. I conduct mental health assessments and evaluations and treat and manage individuals with mental health concerns through psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy.

Jaspreet attended the University of California Los Angeles for both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing. She holds a post master’s certification in psychiatry from Regis College.

Hi! I am a board certified adult psychiatrist, specializing in the treatment of Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and Schizophrenia. My training was in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy and I keep up to date with the latest advances in this ever-changing field of treatment. My experience working for Santa Cruz County Mental Health in the past has informed me about the patient experience, the impact on families, as well as cultural aspects and connections with local mental health resources. Tameka Dyce is a highly experienced healthcare professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Anew Era TMS & Psychiatry. With 15 years of experience as a registered nurse in the emergency room, Tameka has developed a strong foundation in critical care, patient management, and medical triage. In addition to her ER experience, Tameka holds a Master of Science and Nursing from Azusa Pacific University. She dedicated 3 years of her career as a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

I'm a Board Certified Psychiatrist, with 15 years of experience in Adult psychiatry and and Geriatric psychiatry. I am specialized in treating Depression/mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, Anxiety disorders, PTSD, and several other psychiatric diagnoses. The treatment approach that I apply is Integrative Psychiatry. It is a psychiatric treatment approach that involves both medical and psychotherapeutic techniques.

Narrative medicine is a practice, described by Dr. Rita Charon in 2001, in which your story, the one I listen to and for which I create a narrative, not only establishes a healing bond of humanity, held in the utmost confidence, but gives rise also to a diagnosis and to a treatment. You tell your story, I write it down and offer it back so you can in turn reflect and refine it, and once that shared story is told, I have found, healing begins.
