TRANS-Generational TRAUMA is at the ROOT of much of our suffering. We often develop maladaptive coping strategies and enact the same repeated dysfunctional patterns unconsciously until our insight/awareness increases. I work with clients who are interested in physical, spiritual, and psychological transformation. My clients have tried medication cocktails, endless hours of psychotherapy, and are still struggling with emotional distress. They are tired of the biochemical ONLY model and wish to be treated holistically to meet their individual needs. I focus on dietary improvement, gut healing, supplementation, and mindfulness.
I specialize in Narrative Therapy. "WHAT you THINK you B-E-C-O-M-E. WHAT you FEEL, you ATTRACT. WHAT you IMAGINE you C-R-E-A-T-E." I hold space for clients to make sense of previous chapters, re-write or edit problematic chapters- and then find the POWER to C-R-E-A-T-E future chapters- that are more suitable to the Narrator.
