She provides patient-centered mental health care, including psychotherapy and medication management. Dr. Myers is trained to evaluate from a holistic mindset exploring biological (body), psychological (mind), and social impacts of each individual to determine their best treatment options. Dr. Myers’ goals are to assist you in improving your mental health symptoms and overall function. Hi there! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, offering medication management. As a healthcare professional, I believe it’s my responsibility to provide as much education about psychiatric conditions and psychotropic medications to you as I can, to help you make an informed decision about treatment. You know better than anyone else what your experience is and what your goals are. My goal is that we come up with a treatment plan together that is appropriate and doable, whether that includes medications or not. I believe that medications won’t always solve everything. Support is just as important, if not more.

We are a small group practice providing mental health services, including assessments, medication management, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Our diverse team is trained to treat a wide range of challenges including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, anxiety, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, personality disorders, self-harm, substance use, grief, and relational/family conflict. We work with clients ranging from age six through adulthood.

Dr. Patel is part of an esteemed group of four female board-certified psychiatrists who have been practicing in the community for 20 yrs. Our practice, Premier Health & Wellness (PHW) works collaboratively with each patient, developing effective mental health treatment plans that consider individual preferences and concerns. At PHW we believe that mental health carries significance on par with physical well-being. Because of this we aim to provide accessible, compassionate and impactful mental health treatment. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Chofla earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who has been in practice for over 20 years. I have spent many years in the community sector then at Sierra Tucson as the Director of the Mood Disorders Program. Most recently I have been in private practice for the past 8 years and have been fortunate enough to help many adults struggling with various mood, anxiety, or other mental health issues. At this time, I am solely doing telemedicine although this may change in the future.

I'm a board-certified psychiatrist that specializes in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry. My approach combines evidence based psychiatric treatments with complementary and alternative therapies. I believe in treating the whole person - the mind, body and spirit - rather than just addressing symptoms. I treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, PMDD, perinatal and perimenopausal mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss and grief, infertility struggles, OCD and ADHD

I offer services for the entire family to help to repair interpersonal relationship, provide life coaching and guidance though both medication management and therapy approach combined on-demand and tailored specifically for individual patient needs. I offer services for young children who don't qualify for medication management through play therapy starting from 4 years of age. I like to raise awareness for mental health issues and break the stigma because it’s “ok not to be ok”. Psychological problems can affect anyone and when one family member has a mental health problem like “anxiety” or a “mood disorder”, it affects everyone.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and currently in my 40th year of practice. I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Nursing and am a member of the Nurse's Honor Society. I love what I do and take a genuine interest in my clients. It is very fulfilling to watch people get better and attain their highest level of functioning. I use a collaborative approach with my clients and strive for excellence. Although I am trained in therapy and always do some counseling when I see patients, my specialty areas are diagnosis and medication management. I am board certified in psychiatry by the ANCC.
