Life during parenthood can be beautiful but also extremely challenging. Feeling stressed, anxious, hyper vigilant, angry, worried, sad, burnt out, spread too thin, unsupported, or just not like yourself can add to the already challenging job set before you as a parent, but there is hope. You are not alone in feeling this way, and you do not need to continue feeling this way. I understand that you want to be able to enjoy your parenthood journey, and life, once again, and I will guide you to relief, clarity, and healing through warmth, understanding, and treatment methods designed specifically for parents.
I am among a small number who are certified in perinatal mental health. I use therapy methods specifically crafted for pregnant and postpartum women to both prevent and treat symptoms efficiently. Whether you are feeling anxious while pregnant, stressed about transitioning back to work after baby, or feel like your identity is shifting too much I can help.
As a mother myself, I empathize with how many emotions you may feel on any given day. I invite you to bring your baby to session with you, if you prefer. bottle and breastfeeding is always welcome, and my office is a judgement free, supportive and nurturing environment.
