I have a wealth of experience working with men and women in transition and young adults struggling with emotional or academic challenges. I have strong strategies for managing ADHD and other learning disabilities, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, work-life-balance, and goal completion.
I am primarily guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
