I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to talk about their concerns, genuinely seen, and unconditionally accepted and supported throughout their healing journeys. I work to support individuals with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship/family conflicts, to neurodivergence, disordered eating, and self-development goals. I also work with couples experiencing concerns related to communication, life transitions, conflict resolution, as well as differences in beliefs, desires, values (e.g., parenting styles), and aspects of identity (e.g., mental health concerns, neurodivergence).
I believe in using evidence-based interventions to provide high standards of care that centers each of my clients. These approaches work to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, and other adverse states/concerns in various areas of their lives, as well as to increase their understandings of themselves and find strategies truly helpful for them.
