We work collaboratively with our clients to help them achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall well-being through a compassionate and authentic approach that emphasizes the importance of the therapist-client relationship. We practice psychotherapy using an integrative, strengths-based and client centered approach. We will work together to establish goals, combining evidence-based treatment methods with our unique relationship to cater sessions to you.
We specialize in working with young adults struggling with a myriad of life's challenges and mental health concerns. Our areas of focus include self-esteem and identity, love, dating and relationships, anxiety and depression and life transitions.
We would love to connect with you and see which of our therapists would be the best fit in working with you. We are excited to share that we have a graduate student, Lexi Haft offering sessions at a reduced fee. Please reach out to learn more!
