I am an experienced Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with over fifteen years’ experience of working with individuals as a Coach and Therapist. I work with adults of all ages, students and teenagers and currently only offer online therapy via Zoom as I split my time between Jersey and East Sussex. It is the relationship between you and your Therapist which is the most important factor in successful therapy and finding the right therapist for you is key to this. I therefore offer a free initial half hour consultation.
