However, I regard my job as not only helping people resolve anxieties and struggles but working with my clients to produce enduring, transformational change, enabling them to lead happier, more rewarding and fulfilling lives. I aim to produce a warm, empathic, supportive , encouraging environment in which my clients can share and explore their difficulties with me in safety and security and find new ways of being in the world. I am always excited to meet and welcome prospective new clients and to see how we get on together.

I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice and see clients in Fulham as well as Kensington. Over the last seven years I have worked in a number of public as well as private institutional settings including the NHS, universities and employee assistance programmes. My way of working is integrative-relational. I combine and tailor a number of different theoretical approaches whilst treating the relationship between us as the most important facilitator of our work together.
