Modern day life can leave us feeling anxious and stressed, helpless, sad and lacking in a sense of direction and purpose. Life is rarely straight forward and at times we can all feel lost and overwhelmed. We are constantly being presented with change and challenges. You may think your problem is too small but if it is important to you that is all that matters.
