I am an integrative CBT Therapist, and have successful treated a wide variety of conditions and disorders. I have children who have flown the nest and experienced the difficulties of juggling a corporate job at a high level whilst being a mum, therefore I understand these difficulties and can bring a lot of life experience to enhance my counselling skillset.
I have studied psychology through a genuine desire to learn more about how we work as a human species and using this deep-rooted foundation to help with my counselling skills.
