I work with adult and teenage clients in person and online with a wide range of difficulties including: relationship issues, bereavement, depression, anxiety, gender identity, addiction and self-confidence with particular experience in working with teenagers, SEN and neurodivergence. I have seen how offering an empathetic, honest and non-judgemental space to explore your challenges is of huge benefit. Working together, a tailored approach is found to suit your needs; this may involve finding coping strategies, exploring relationships and/or your personal history. This will all be approached at a pace and depth comfortable for you.
I am trained in an integrative approach; this means I am skilled in using different theories and techniques such as Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which I can adapt to each client's needs.
