Our mental health and wellbeing are paramount to us. It saddens me to sometimes to see what little care we take of it. We see our GP’s as soon as we have a physical ailment. However, tend to ignore how we feel emotionally, forgetting our emotional wellbeing is part of our whole-making. It has been my life long passion to encourage people to put themselves first and follow their dreams. I am a great believer in the power of our mind and what we can achieve if we dare to. We all experience some form of distress in our lives. We feel sad, angry, lonely, depressed, anxious, stressed, grief or even feeling that we cant always explain.
