I have a gentle yet sincere approach which has the ultimate aim of unlocking your own resources to help you to achieve your potential and lead a more fulfilling, healthy, and satisfying life.
My training as an Integrative Counsellor means I can adapt my different approaches and techniques meeting your unique needs. I am not limited to one particular model or way of working and together we can find the approach which suits you best. I offer both long and short term counselling in the comfort of my home in Chelmsford.
Alongside private practice, my experience also derives from my position within the NHS and counselling with the mental health charity MIND. Currently a Full-time High Intensity IAPT practitioner delivering 1:1 counselling and group counselling with a CBT modality to inmates
