I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their ethical code ,and I am committed to non-discriminatory practices and to fostering equality in the therapeutic relationship.
I work from an integrative approach focusing on Person Centred and CBT approaches. I believe each individual is unique and can reach their full potential given the right conditions, and subsequently I aim to provide an empathic, safe and reflective space for you to gain self-awareness, improve your psychological wellbeing & make better life choices.
I have experience of working with a diverse range of clients in organisations such as Carers West Sussex, CRUSE, Lucy Rayner foundation among others and working with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties and trauma, including anxiety, depression, adjustment to loss & bereavement, challenging life transitions, and concerns around self-esteem.
