As a registered psychotherapist (RP), I work with those struggling with addictions, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma and other challenges. I am a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) and am trained to help those struggling with compulsive sexual behaviour. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor (ICADC), and offer services to help clients break free from the downward spiral of addiction to drugs, alcohol and other addictive behaviours. Additionally, with an MBA and several years working in the corporate world, I have a unique understanding of the pressures faced by those struggling in today's demanding work environment.

I offer individual therapy to adults struggling with their mental health including depression, anxiety, addictions, and those struggling to adjust to changes in their life. We are a team of therapists with experience providing psychotherapy to children older than 10 (only 13+ at this time), teens, youth, and adults. We specialize in anxiety disorders (including panic, generalized anxiety, and worries), depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, substance abuse, stress, bullying and harassment in the workplace, domestic violence and sexual assault, caregiver stress and burnout.
