I have been in the field of social work for over 15 years. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and grief. I like to pull from different therapeutic approaches in treatment including; cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfullness practice, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy and trauma informed therapy.
I provide a safe and non judgmental space for individuals. I have personal experience with a lot of the issues that I specialize in which has allowed me to develop strong empathy and understanding.
