| español We are a team of therapists with experience working with children (8+), teens, youth, and adults. We specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, substance abuse, stress, bullying and harassment in the workplace, domestic violence and sexual assault, caregiver stress and burnout. We are trauma-informed and have a therapist that specializes in helping clients process specific types of trauma. We have 2 locations in Stoney Creek to provide both in-person and online sessions.
During individual sessions we use different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and somatic-based approaches, adjusting them based on client's needs. We also provide couples therapy.
