| español We are a team of therapists with experience working with children (10+), adolescents, youth, and adults. We work with those struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem, eating disorders, emotional regulation, substance abuse, stress, bullying and harassment in the workplace, domestic violence and sexual assault, caregiver stress and burnout. We are trauma-informed and some of our therapists can provide trauma therapy. We are located in Stoney Creek and provide both in-person and online sessions based on client preference.
During individual sessions we use different therapeutic approaches, always adapting them to the needs of the client; these include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and somatic-based approaches. We also provide couples and family therapy.
