After a decade of being a Social Worker, I have witnessed the challenges that men face; fear, pain, confusion, and anger. These difficulties interfere with mens full potential of becoming powerful, disciplined, and masterful in their passions. The difficulties that men face are unfortunately ignored, and the answer to resolve them is to be more vulnerable. This leaves little direction to work towards the ability to overcome what stands in your way.
Together we will create solutions to overcome barriers, develop and maintain coping techniques, and improve your mindset. My focus is on men's mental health, the unique ways it affects them, & helping them work through anger, limiting beliefs, fear, and shame. While working with men is my focus, I do work with individuals who are not men.
I use a predominant approach in solution focused therapy which takes the stance that individuals have the strength and resources with themselves to deal with any challenge. I can provide a broad-range of support to suit your needs such as Cognitive and Dialectical behavioural therapy, Experiential therapy, and Group Therapy.
