Accepting New Clients; No Waitlist - I guide adults to connect with the evidence and knowledge gained from their experiences to transform their relationships with themselves and others. Come to my practice if you want to experience the three MMLC guiding principles that will restructure your thinking patterns by guiding you into accessing the knowledge you hold (you being the expert in your experiences), joining it to your present day self with everything you have learned (subconscious into the conscious), and guiding you into creating a new knowledge base rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and valuable connections (neuro-pysch)
The three, self-created MMLC guiding principles: 1. You are the expert in your experiences. 2. I guide you into hearing what is being held outside of your experiences. 3. I use Neuropsychotherapy (neuro-genesis & neuro-plasticity) to strengthen your neural networks. The cyclical nature allows you to continue learning on your own.
I use my 9+ years of Social Work and clinical counselling/therapy experiences & trainings to ensure my clients are guided into empowerment, improvement, and a strong connection to their self-identity (including their abilities to be authentic, vulnerable, and communicative).
