I am a warm and friendly person-centred Counsellor who strongly believes therapy should feel like a self-care activity. I work with children, adolescents and adults in managing overwhelming emotions and anxiety with care and dedication to create a meaningful life worth living. As a Cool Kids Anxiety Program Facilitator, I strongly empathise with the struggles that children and young individuals face when dealing with anxiety. It is my priority to provide them with the utmost care and dedication to help them overcome their challenges.
As a counsellor with 25 years of teaching experience, I possess unique skills and insights that enable me to provide effective guidance to students. I deeply understand the challenges that students face in the classroom.
