Welcome to Care To Bloom a counselling practice offering support & assistance to those carrying trauma & experiencing various emotional/psychological challenges. I assist clients with childhood trauma, domestic & family violence, narcissistic abuse, workplace psychological injury, difficult life transitions, family conflict issues, couples/relationship counselling & motor vehicle accident recovery. I understand that healing & recovery take time, it requires patience, understanding & nurturing. That's why I provide a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable to discuss the difficult. I provide telehealth & face to face.

I am a registered Social Worker with 18 years experience in providing positive outcomes to people who engage with me for counselling support. I use a range of modalities interchangeably as required for a personalised approach. I also provide my clients with tools, strategies & resources to assist them to process & break the patterns keeping them stuck .

I provide a high quality therapeutic experience to all clients. I work with NDIS clients who are plan managed or self-managed, Victims Services NSW. I am registered provider with WorkCover Queensland for psychological injury claims offering both counselling and Social Work, Carer Gateway, SIRA (ICARE) in NSW for motor vehicle accidents.
