Psychotherapy should focus on growth and positive change. My priority is creating an environment of trust and safety. I help people with depression and anxiety, establishing and maintaining relationships, job satisfaction, blocks to creativity, substance use, out of control sexual behaivors/sex addition, trauma and LGBTQ issues.
As an addiction specialist I can help you explore issues with substance use and/or sexual compulsivity. If you're concerned about your behaviors I'll help you decide if you want to change. If you're already in recovery, I'll help you get the most out of it.
