For 20 years, I've walked alongside individuals, helping them navigate life's challenges. Whether you're facing a tough transition, battling anxiety or depression, or simply seeking to understand yourself better, I'm here to listen and guide you.

I'm a mom, an athlete, and a reality TV enthusiast. I speak Spanish and Portuguese, graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude from Dartmouth College and earned my Master's from Columbia University.
