In this time of unprecedented loss and stress due to COVID-19 and other world events such as accelerating climate change, I can help you deal with anxiety and depression. My orientation is transpersonal as I see physical and emotional issues as doorways to transformation and spiritual awakening. In my psychotherapy practice, people have achieved new levels of personal freedom and self-esteem. Together, we can enrich your quality of life and enhance your creativity. Integrative healing encompasses body, mind & spirit. We all deserve to be happy in our bodies and our lives. I work also with couples to resolve relationship issues.
I provide therapeutic tools for personal empowerment through unconditional love—the heart of my practice. I offer EMDR, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), meditation, hypnotherapy, and Energy Medicine. Like Reiki, Energy Medicine helps people with a wide range of illness. My healing ability emerged out of my personal journey and spiritual awakening.
I am now offering intensive EMDR sessions for trauma and for establishing a path forward in your life, on Zoom. Both 90-minute and 3-hour intensives can be done online, in conjunction with regular sessions or they can be scheduled as separate therapy.. I offer teachings and tools to support the evolution of personal & collective consciousness.
