One of the main focuses at Wolf Spirit is relaxation. Our society is such that relaxation is difficult and our office has been created as a tranquil space for clients to feel nurtured and safe. This group is geared toward those individuals that would like to have a better understanding of how to respond instead of react to the narcissist that seemingly controls their lives. The individual in question can be a significant other, co-worker, parent, sibling, or supervisor as the same interventions work no matter what relationship it is aimed toward.
