I am a licensed psychotherapist, certified eating disorder specialist, certified school counselor, and certified trauma therapist, with two decades of successes treating individuals, couples, and families. I am also a media subject-expert, author, speaker, and program pioneer, and presently oversee four mental health treatment centers. I bring to the therapy room twenty years of field expertise, lived experience in parenting, mental health, and expert knowledge of navigating school systems, workforces, family systems, and relationships, with confidence, grace, and ease. My clients are my superhero, and my reason.
When clients engage my services, they are inheriting a wealth of experience as a clinician and supervisor, as well as coach, and cheerleader. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and their families, and assisting individuals with eating disorders. I also specialize in NPD abuse recovery, and school/workplace performance psychology.
Our multidisciplinary team provides eating disorder recovery services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, dietary services, group therapy, meal support, CBT, DBT, EMDR, executive function coaching, ADHD evaluations and treatment, play therapy, couples counseling, mood and anxiety treatment, therapy for teens, and young adult counseling.

Teen Girls Empowerment Group
In a group co-led by a certified nutritionist and a psychotherapist, this group explores themes such as: body image and disordered eating, stress, academics, boundaries with friends and family, social media, self-esteem, nutrition and lifestyle, and more. The aim of this group is to provide positive peer support, social time in a trusted environment, psychoeducation, coping skills, meaningful and thoughtful conversation and assertiveness building to teen girls between the ages of 15-19.
