I have a passion for working with young adults 18-35 and adolescents 13 and older, who are exploring their identities and trying to create their place in the world. Whether this includes healing past trauma, increasing coping skills or changing relational patterns, our work together can address a variety of topics, like increasing healthy coping strategies for anxiety and depression, breaking the cycle of perfectionism and self-judgment, increasing self-compassion, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, family of origin issues and learning how to set healthy boundaries in relationships.
