I assist clients in healing from trauma, helping youth, adolescents, and adults cope with life stressors, and low self-esteem. I also assist individuals in identifying their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, establishing goals, empowering individuals to believe in themselves by offering compassion and support to clients in learning different coping skills to overcome life's stressors.
I offer different evidence-based modalities to meet my client's specific needs. Evidence-based practices I uses are Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, Trauma-Play, Play Therapy, TF-CBT, Art Therapy, and mindfulness/coping skills.
