Hi! I'm Sanna (pronounced SUN-uh, like “sunshine”), and I'm a fully remote therapist at Ruston Therapy. I support adults and teens navigating life change, identity exploration, relationship problems, stress and dysregulation. Lately, my practice has increasingly focused on supporting queer people and neurodivergent people, especially those navigating suspected diagnosis or late diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or AuDHD.
My approach is, above all, a human one. It’s earnest and often a little goofy, professional yet warm and relaxed, steady in its core values though eclectic and flexible in its methods. In therapy with me, we meet insight with action; we explore both why you do the things you do and what you can do about it now that you know.
