Graham holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Graham employs a variety of therapeutic modalities (including somatic, narrative, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and psychodynamic approaches), but his primary focus is utilizing the relationship between therapist and client to foster change. Graham believes we all experience pain, sadness, fear, anger, trauma and uncertainty; these feelings and experiences are often pushed away and can result in distressing or unwanted behaviors.
Therapy is a place to explore and learn to welcome the hurt and ignored parts of your story, re-evaluate your patterns of response and begin to make different and more healthy choices. Since 2017, Graham has served a diverse array of adult clients in various settings, including community mental health and private practice settings.
He has special clinical interest in the areas of healthy masculinity, life transitions, spirituality, creative expression, and pregnancy loss and IVF, particularly as it relates to male and male-identifying partners.
