Career and Life Transitions are challenging,sometimes painful, and often rewarding. We discover who we really are and what really matters. I am a "guide" through the phases of letting go, discovery, and rebuilding. I love assisting individuals in finding strength they never knew they had.
I have over 30 years experience coaching individuals in life and career transitions and I have personally experienced numerous life changes. I have been a psychotherapist, an entrepreneur, involved in start-ups, authored a book, and I bring all these experiences into my coaching.
