My name is Charita Selden, and my primary focus when providing counseling services is to help a client become the best version of themselves, through person-centered services. I have found that there are many times when my clients are seeking services for the first time in their lives and there's often a bit of reticence. I am quite familiar with this feeling, as I too have sought counseling in the past. The stress of contemporary life sometimes becomes overwhelming and can result in anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, alcohol and other addictive issues, marital conflict, infidelity, sibling conflict and financial concerns.
