I have over 8 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma and in supporting clients as they face stressors associated with launching into adulthood.
I employ a supportive, empathic approach while incorporating a trauma-informed practice using EMDR, person-centered, and strength-based techniques. I work to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and empowering therapeutic environment that feels safe for you, so that we can foster long-term, meaningful change.
