I provide therapy to children, adolescents, parents and couples. My areas of expertise include Parenting, Co-Parenting, Depression, Anxiety, and Adolescent stress. I also conduct psychological evaluations as well. I am committed to the overall well being of families and work with families in transition, such as divorce, grief and loss, and becoming new parents.

I am a Resident in Counseling approved by the Virginia Board of Counseling working towards my licensure. I graduated with my Masters' degree in Community Counseling from Regent University. I have previously worked with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. Additionally, I have a passion for working with couples and families. I have worked with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, life transitions, marital and relationship issues, suicidal ideation, and trauma.

We have a few openings for adults at this time. We especially have availability for morning appointments. I am an existential therapist dedicated to helping adults and children cope better with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life events, loss, trauma, and more. My goal is to help individuals, children, teens, adults, and couples solve their problems. I also help people of all ages manage their trauma, relieving bad memories with EMDR and parts work.

Delinda Swanston is a licensed professional counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia whose work includes meeting needs of adults, children, and adolescents in inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and field settings. Her 25 years experience includes confidential service to military personnel and their families oversees, and stateside. She has served for 11 years as an officer for local human rights committees, and 7 years in executive leadership, administration and management, including program development and services provision. Delinda has successfully provided counseling addressing a wide variety of concerns, including: traumatic stress, mood disorder, anxiety, childhood OCD, depression, complicated grief, & chronic illness.

Karen obtained her Master’s in Counseling and Development from George Mason University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, as well as relationship and life adjustments concerns. Karen is passionate about meeting clients wherever they are on their life journey and helping them process the challenges they are facing.

Elizabeth specializes in anxiety, depression, bipolar, substance abuse, grief and loss and many more mental health issues. Elizabeth brings to the table years of experience working with individuals who have difficulties with their mental health.
