When we look back at our lives, there are often identifiable moments that shape the direction life takes next. I enjoy bringing my love for nostalgic activities, Disney/Pixar, pop culture and music/musicals into the therapy room as relatable analogies/metaphors to process various issues including intergenerational family trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression and disenfranchised grief.
