Veteran-owned and operated, we seek to help Veterans, First Responders, their Families, and children impacted by traumatic events. We provide specialized individual and group therapy, psychological testing, and provide therapy for a wide range of children, adolescents, and adults. We welcome those who are struggling with life issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, coping, gender identity, mood disorders, relationship issues, sexuality, and addictions. We believe that the situations we experience impact us, but do not define us. Our clinicians are trained to help you reach your full potential and overcome difficult situations.

We offer individual and group counseling, consultation, supervision, and EMDR Intensive. We offer Veteran-led support groups, and utilize evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, and DBT. With clinicians trained in sandtray therapy, we can help children address emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, bullying and behavior concerns. We are VASAP approved!

We believe that the approach to wellness is individual, and we look forward to learning about your approach to the world. We start where you are, and help you identify and achieve your goals. We provide supervision to students completing their Master's degrees in the mental health field, as well as to Residents completing LPC hours and EMDR certification.
