I am currently offering both telehealth options via a phone or video session, as well as in person counseling. I work with clients of all ages, from those under 12 who need play therapy to those who may be retired. I love the variety of all ages! I see clients struggling with depression, anxiety, anger issues, grief, marital issues, and a number of others. You deserve to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, not just surviving day to day. When real life hits...I work with clients who are dealing with complicated real life issues: anger management, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, marital problems, adolescent issues and behavioral problems, chemical dependency, divorce recovery, trauma recovery, addictions and compulsive behaviors, and behavioral issues, providing prenatal and postpartum counseling.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) supervised by Jeffrey S Gallup MA LPC-S. I am passionate about marriages, families, and individuals, as a counselor I am committed to the development and healing of all my clients. My experience is in helping those dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma, among other mental health concerns. I have also aided couples, families, children, and teenagers through difficult life transitions and situations.

It is my goal to provide a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients who are seeking to make positive changes in their lives. As a Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Certified School Counselor, I am extensively trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, however the most important aspect of my practice is building positive and respectful relationships with my clients. I believe without mutual respect and understanding therapy will not be productive. I specialize in providing therapeutic services to: Adults, Couples, Children, Teenagers, and Families.

My training also equips me to work with couples and families struggling with a wide variety of challenges. Some of these may include infidelity, parenting issues, and pre-marital counseling. My services are provided exclusively by TELE-HEALTH I am a mental health professional with 30 years of experience. I graduated from Psychology School in 1995 and since then have worked as a psychotherapist providing my services for individuals, couples, families and groups.  In 2008 I obtained a Master's (M.Sc.) in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. Since then, I have been working under my LMFT #201365 license in Texas. Throuhgout all my years of professional experience my passion has been helping and supporting my clients while they overcome their challenges in their lives.
