When life presents its challenges, I support clients facing complex issues such as anger management, depression, postpartum depression anxiety, eating disorders, marital conflicts, adolescent struggles, behavioral challenges, substance abuse, divorce recovery, trauma healing, and compulsive behaviors. I also offer prenatal and postpartum counseling and midwifery care (preconception, prenatal, labor/birth, postpartum).
I support individuals in their journey toward maternal and mental wellness. As a Licensed Midwife, I am dedicated to assisting families who desire an unmedicated, out-of-hospital birth experience. In my role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help individuals, families, couples, and organizations manage their mental wellness effectively.
My goal is to empower individuals, groups, and families navigating difficulties like domestic violence, stress, transitions, anxiety, depression, and codependency. I specialize in supporting couples, addressing substance dependency, trauma, the aftermath of suicide, eating disorders, and providing care during the prenatal and postpartum periods.
