About
When your life seems to have burnt down around you, I want to be there to sit with you in the ashes and help you find hope in your circumstances. Whether you are struggling with day-to-day life, relationships, anxiety, depression or traumatic experiences, I can help. I believe that there is a solution to every problem, and that often, it takes asking for help to find it. I am honored to work with clients to find their solutions and what works for them in creating a preferred life.
I work with clients to address many issues such as: pre-marital counseling, marriage/relationship check- ups, marital affairs, divorce, co-parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma (such as abuse, assault, and domestic violence).
Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual, couple, parent or family unit, I can use my experience and knowledge to help you reach your goals for your life.
