Clientele includes Secretary of Defense, Department of Defense, Veterans, celebrities and civilian families. I help people manifest life goals using multi-modality therapy, energy/love, mindfulness, prayer/meditation, super foods, movement, music, nature, art, and/or positive affirmations for clarity. Additionally, I educate client about maximizing their somatic and automatic nervous system by reprogramming negative thoughts.

I am a therapist, EMDR Therapist, Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, and a proud graduate of Regent University where I earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University. My focus includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD.
