My ideal clients are adults, college students, couples, families, professionals, and first responders feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, cultural stress, college life, or major transitions. As an LCSW-S, supervisor, business coach, and culturally competent therapist, I bring warmth, structure, and lived understanding of Hispanic and Mexican American communities. I help clients feel seen, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I also provide immigration evaluations and no-cost counseling for eligible Bexar County first responders and families.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, college life, major transitions, immigration evaluations, and culturally responsive care for Hispanic and Mexican American clients.
