About
Virtual Only: I specialize in providing clients with a unique approach to helping them reach specific life goals. I will help you recognize problems and take action to decrease or eliminate potential impacts to your emotional well-being. My customized approach, tailored to individual needs, allows me to help you create achievable goals that are based on your needs and lifestyle. I use state-of-the-art tools to identify your issues easily and effectively. I am committed to helping you make fluid movement in your life. An appointment can be scheduled on 2 online platforms: Headway (Texas Clients) and Sondermind (Texas and Missouri).
As a mulit-specialty provider I see clients of all ages, with a range of concerns. I have extensive experience as a school counselor, domestic abuse, substance abuse, the LGBT community, and juvenile/adult criminal justice system with crisis intervention. I have worked with individuals who suffer from psychiatric disorders.
Play and Art Therapy allow a child to express themselves. Art Therapy allows a child to communicate feelings and discuss topics freely and openly through colors, paint, and tactile materials. Children talk about the loss of a family member, past physical or sexual abuse, or abandonment through Art Therapy.
