Feeling stuck, angry, depressed, or confused? Are you fed up, with yourself, your partner, or family members? Are you struggling financially? Are looking for a different career? Are your struggling with school or college? Do you have feelings and thoughts that you do not understand, and don't feel comfortable talking to friends or family about? These are common experiences for many people in our complicated society. Sometimes people "act out", fall into addictions, just shut down, or make bad decisions. They want change, but are not sure how. That's when counseling can really help.
I have over 30 years experience working with children, teens and adults in private practice, hospitals and schools. I can handle difficult and complex cases. About half of my practice is dedicated to work with teens and children. I offer individual, Family, Couple and adult counseling. Anger...ADH...Depression...Anxiety
I am caring, nonjudgmental and easy to talk to. My style is casual and direct. I am a good listener but know that clients want a better understanding what's going on with them and receive helpful suggestions. Evening and Saturday appointments and Facetime or Skype sessions for established clients.

Professional Connections
Theo Carlos is an excellent therapist, especially with children and adolescents. He has the abiility to form relationship with his clients really quickly. I think he is unusually good at this, so my experience is that therapy work starts very quickly. In addition, he is an active therapist and does not avoid difficult issues. He talks straight with kids, and they connect with that honesty from him.
