I gently challenge clients when thoughts or behaviors are no longer serving them well and help them find more beneficial ways of coping. I utilize elements of the NARM (NARM Master Therapist), mind-body connection, Trust Based Relational Intervention, grief and loss, strengths perspective and the research of Brené Brown in my work with clients.
I worked with people that are struggling with connecting to what they really want in their lives, including more way of authentically living.
