Derek has worked in the field of counseling for over 15 years helping clients work through concerns including depression, anxiety, and even self image. He has worked with military personnel, law enforcement, and the foster care system. Derek has significant experience in working with individuals and families struggling with addiction and utilizes a safe and warm environment to engage his clients in developing healthy strategies to work through their recovery and engage families in adapting to changes in the family dynamic.

Victoria Whitmire is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience working with teens and families, including in crisis intervention counseling and emergency psychiatric services. She is passionate about helping youth and their families navigate past trauma, self-harm, behavioral issues, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety—or simply offering extra support in managing stress. Victoria earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas-Arlington, with a direct practice in Mental Health and Substance Abuse.

I specialize in treating individuals with ADHD, emotional or sexual trauma, anxiety-based disorders, PTSD, depression, relationship challenges, pornography addiction, family members of addicts and alcoholics, and dissociative disorders. Additionally, I have substantial experience working with teens to address issues related to self-esteem.

Toneisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and supervisor with over 15 years of experience working with preteens, teens, adults, and older adults. Toneisha has a warm and friendly personality which makes you feel welcomed and at ease when you enter the therapy room. She is eager to help clients develop problem solving abilities and coping skills and assist them in finding and utilizing resources available to them.

Thomas Lims Owusu-Asante is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCSW, LCAC) who has over 13 years of experience working with adults who are struggling with anger, addiction, life transitions, family issues, anxiety, depression, stress, and more. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Social Work, a Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. With extensive global travel experience across 15 countries, and exposure to multiple cultures, Thomas is well-versed in the peculiarities of families’ cultural, traditional, and religious backgrounds.
