Our goal at CHART Counseling Services is Creating Hope And Restoring Trust. I specialize in helping individuals; young and old, families, and couples gain the necessary tools/skills to be an effective communicator, become assertive, set boundaries, increase confidence and self-esteem, and more importantly become overall mentally fit to face day to day life challenges.
If you are tired of sweeping issues under the rug or just being “okay” with temporary fixes your help is just fingertips away. Not only do I offer in-person sessions in a safe, confidential, therapeutic setting in our McKinney location, I also offer virtual session to clients in the entire state of Texas.
Temporary fixes are just that temporary! You can ignore the problems but that does not mean they are not there. Your happy mask won’t cover up your unresolved trauma, family issues, stress, mental health and/or substance abuse issues. The facades will eventually fade and what will be left is depression, anxiety, anger, and fear. It is not “if” but “when?”
