We also specialize in treating children as young as 3 years old, preteens, adolescents, and adults with trauma, self harm, sexual abuse, and grief. With children, we are skilled in treating behavioral issues, ADHD, and peer-relationship skills. We also use a variety of modalities to help my clients effectively implement healthy coping skills, positive self talk, and work towards a healthier you, using EMDR, Gottman, CBT, and Play/Activity Therapy.

We have a few therapists to choose from. Michelle Blank is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Anxiety, Substance-Abuse, and Trauma. She works with adult individuals that are 18+. She has night and weekend hours available. Eric Rothe specializes in substance abuse and trauma. He works with 18+ individuals. Pat Keaton is bi-lingual in Spanish and English and works with individuals 18+ and couples. Pat specializes in trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions.

I specialize in seeing individuals who are dealing with the following issues: depression and anxiety, Bipolar disorders, relationship issues, childhood sexual abuse/trauma, career transitions, unplanned pregnancy, grief and loss, and behavioral problems. I have training in Biblical studies (a one year certificate in Bible and Ministry) which provides a foundation for Biblically-based counseling. I do treat clients who express a non-spiritual focus.

I also support my clients with developing healthy coping skills, creating and maintaining healthy relationships, setting boundaries (especially with family members), and processing through familial trauma and family-of-origin concerns. Jaclyn is well versed in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders, stress, major life transitions, grief and loss, abuse, trauma, substance abuse recovery, relationship concerns, suicidal ideation, self-harm, LGBTQIA+ concerns and much more. Bringing experience from the non-profit world, as well as inpatient hospital settings, Jaclyn has supported individuals experiencing crisis and navigating immediate life-changing circumstances. Jaclyn also brings experience counseling diverse populations impacted directly and indirectly by sexual violence.

Kelci is experienced in working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and teens. Kelci work with various clients that seek to control and maintain peace of mind, emotional stability, and a sense of empowerment. Challenges that some clients struggle with are Anxiety, Trauma, Self-esteem, Depression, Self-care routine, boundaries, parent-child relationship issues, relationship conflict, and challenges, adjustment and transition issues, and more. Since the days of pigtails, I’ve been pulled by this strong force to access wisdom and connect with something higher than this tangible world. Counseling is not a magic wand to solve problems, it takes work and my job as a therapist is to guide you through that process. To do that, I incorporate techniques from multiple counseling theories and methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Person Centered Therapy, and Trauma Informed Counseling.
