Welcome to my practice! If you are struggling with difficulty relaxing, feeling alone, never-ending worries, haunting memories of trauma, low motivation and confidence, poor relationships, or constant feelings of failure in your life, I am glad that you are here. We are all challenged with many problems and can become stuck, so I would like to invite you on a journey of healing and growth. Through our journey you will discover new things about yourself and your life, learn valuable skills to fulfill your needs, and grow into the person you hope to become. I provide services in both English and Korean in Texas and Virginia.
